1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Winning Picks By Text (“WPBT”) and all users who access www.WinningPicksByText.com (the “Site”) and its services.

2. NO GUARANTEES, NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUNDS

  • All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or guarantees will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Clients must call daily to receive purchased services. Calls can be made to your representative or to the main office at (775) 762-2198.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. PAYMENT DISPUTE & CHARGEBACK POLICY

By purchasing from Winning Picks By Text, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without valid cause.

Chargeback Processing Fee $55 per chargeback
Administrative Fee $299 per dispute
  • Unpaid chargeback fees will be sent to collections, and failure to pay may negatively impact your credit.
  • Chargeback abuse results in permanent account termination and possible legal action.
  • WPBT reserves the right to pursue collection efforts for unpaid fees or fraudulent disputes.

4. SERVICES OFFERED

Winning Picks By Text provides sports predictions and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes.

  • We do NOT place bets or offer gambling services.
  • WPBT reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time.

5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION POLICY

WPBT reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users under the following conditions:

  • Chargeback abuse or fraudulent disputes
  • Harassment or threats toward staff
  • Violations of these Terms & Conditions
  • Reselling or redistributing Winning Picks By Text content
  • Any action that harms WPBT’s business or reputation

All account terminations are final and non-reversible.

6. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Winning Picks By Text is not responsible for betting losses.
  • All picks and predictions are for informational purposes only.
  • We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or profitability.
  • You assume full responsibility for any wagers placed based on our insights.
  • WPBT is not liable for any financial losses or damages arising from the use of our services.

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, regardless of your location.
  • All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nevada.
  • By using this site, you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Winning Picks By Text.
  • Arbitration will be conducted by a recognized arbitrator in Nevada, with both parties covering their own legal costs.

8. PRIVACY POLICY
